Why I Do This
At 25, I was buried in science journals and public health data. At 35, I was chasing podiums on my mountain bike. At 45, with a toddler and a coaching business, I realized health and fitness isn't just personal… it's generational.
I do this work to help high-performers like you feel strong, clear and unstoppable - because the people who count on you deserve your best.
My approach combines the best of physiology, neuroscience, and practical coaching. We start with fitness testing and wearable data to uncover how your body actually performs- your metabolism, recovery patterns and stress resilience. Then, we build personalized protocols to optimize sleep, nutrition, training and mindset.

I'm Dr. Michael Donovan - a PhD physiologist, performance fitness coach, and lifelong athlete. I’ve spent two decades at the intersection of science and human potential, working with NIH, high-level executives, endurance athletes, and everyday grinders looking to feel better, move stronger, and show up fully. I blend cutting-edge testing, wearables, and data with old-school accountability and heart. I’m based in Denver, a proud dad and someone who believes your health should amplify your life - not restrict it.
I teach men how to perform at their peak today, while building a body and mind that last a lifetime.
